Meet the Founders
Manoj Kumar Agarwalla
The Promoter is a seasoned apparel industry professional with decades of experience in men's wear manufacturing, exports, and integrated supply-chain management. He has founded and scaled multiple apparel ventures across manufacturing, export markets, retail, and D2C, with a strong emphasis on operational discipline, quality consistency, and capital efficiency.
His leadership philosophy centers on process-led execution, strong governance, and long-term partnerships with buyers, suppliers, and capital providers. He remains actively involved in strategic planning, budgeting, merchandising oversight, and platform-level growth initiatives aimed at building enduring, globally relevant apparel businesses.
Sidhartha Sahu
MBA-qualified apparel industry leader with 25 years of experience across large-scale manufacturing and global operations. Prior to co-founding Texxco, Sidhartha held senior leadership roles at Shahi Exports Private Limited, Quantum Clothing Private Limited, and Brandix Apparels, covering Production Planning, Strategy & Operations.
He has held leadership roles in operations with workforces exceeding 3,000 employees and brings proven strengths in business development, administration, process optimization and stakeholder communication. His vision is to build a scalable, process-driven apparel enterprise delivering consistent quality, operational excellence, and long-term value for investors.
